Shipment

Shipping is FREE all throughout Italy, but in the rest of Europe costs € 15,00.
We deliver in all of Europe with the leaders in the transport industry.
To ensure that products arrive at their final destination in the best condition possible, we’ve created an ad hoc, thermal insulation packaging that is shockproof; they are insulated containers that keep the product fresh upon arrival.
Delivery takes place within 24/48h working days for purchases made via credit card, Paypal, or once accreditation takes place for payments made via bank transfer. In certain locations or when close to the holiday season, delivery may take place in over 48h. In urgent cases, after contacting our Customer Service team, we could organize express deliveries or Hold for Pickup with your local courier.
Delivery is made within office hours during working, business days. We therefore advise you to enter a delivery address where someone will be home to accept the package.
We can send your package to Hold for Pickup via your local courier and you can come pick it up when it’s most convenient for you.
The courier will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. We ask you to inform us immediately, so that we can organize the redelivery. In any case we will contact you as soon as possible.

Product

First remove it from its packaging and keep it in the coolest part of the refrigerator, usually the lower shelf or drawer for fruit and vegetables. The ideal storage temperature is +2/+4 °C.
Each product will have a specified shelf-life. For additional information or particular questions we are on hand.
Of course, just indicate the shipment address of the recipient of the package and check the “Gift” box. You’ll also have the option of sending a personalized note in the “Gift message” box. We will be sure to include it in the package received by the recipient.
Before completing your order you can check the CRU BAG box so that the product will be wrapped in both its thermal container along with a Cru bag. The bag can include pieces up to a max of 200g total.
You can contact our customer service - we will be happy to provide you with all of the necessary information and send you a custom quote.
You can find us in the best specialty stores, delis, enotecas, and markets with high-end products. If you contact us we will be happy to find the reseller closest to you.
All of our caviar is “malossol,” or lightly salted. It is produced with a particular preservation technique that is a signature of high-quality caviar and guarantees a pure, natural, unaltered flavor.
The photos on our website refer to caviar in our “prestige” line with APERTURA A MONETA?? In our inventory we also have products available packaged in glass jars, ring-pull and traditional-stye cans or with elastic fastening. For specific requests on packaging or products we’re at your disposal.

Payment

You can pay with an advance bank transfer, Paypal, or with your credit card though our secure bank server.
You can click on the link in the “payment method” section and a window will appear where you can put in your information, order number and the agreed upon sum.

Right of withdrawal

Of course, you can exercise your withdrawal right within the first 14 days after receiving your product, 24 hours for perishable products, sending a registered a/r to the address indicated in the General Terms and Sales Condition page. We will consider the perishability of the products and evaluation the admissibility of the request. Remember that you can not exercise your withdrawal right on products that are made to order or personalized or sealed products that have been opened after delivery. You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal if you are not identifiable as a private entity.
